long time reader, second time poster. As a native houstonian, i'm confused as to what i should do after this season.
I was raised to believe that the DH is biggest crock in professional sports, and after decades of believing this, I'm having trouble coming to terms with the new alignment. Not to mention that they will be a laughing stock for another decade. Should I quit acknowledging baseball or should I find a new team?

if you're already a baseball fan, finding a new team to give a fuck about shouldn't be that hard. personally, I'd stick with the Astros, though. even if the DH is stupid

zips projects his slash line to be .267/.361/.549 with 37 homers and 97 rbis. pretty, pretty, pretty good.

He seems to be the hyped player this year. Matt Kemp stated that he wanted to hit 50 homers this year since he was robbed of the MVP last year.

I'd say there's a good chance Stanton leads the NL. So many good players in the AL though.

b9 free espn fantasy league expanded to 12 teams, but one person has dropped out, leaving us with one last open spot. we won't expand past 12 so this is the last chance. pm me your e-mail address if you are interested.

Despite the Cespedes signing, Coco Crisp still feels he's Oakland's best center field option. Â Crisp told Slusser, "Unless he's a demigod come down from the heavens, no one is going to outshine me in center field."

some people are fans of NL teams and, because of that, think the NL's rules (the correct rules) are in fact the correct rules of baseball. the DH was just some bullshit tacked on like 40 years ago as an experiment to try and increase offense.

fuckin ese, who gives a shit how bad the Astros are. We aren't fans because we want to like the best teams (those people are bitches). We're fans because we love our hometown team no matter what.
Embrace the Astros and be totally piped they're coming to the AL (the far superior league)
