http://beheadedart.com/ is a good site for pictures/paintings with most cases explaining their origins. If the site doesn't load, just go to the box that says Thumbnails and switch to Full details.

Second picture is, of course, from a Satanic Mass.

That mid-action beheading shot is somewhere in south/southeast Asia, I can't remember the full details. But it's one of the coolest pictures ever.

The head on the table is a victim of the Rostov Ripper (Andrei Chikatilo).

The last picture is of Evelyn McHale, she jumped off the Empire State Building.
