According to the press release, Hardy, an avid punk and heavy metal fan who has BfB's iconic logo tattooed on both legs, connected with the legendary Boston band last year, and quickly became friends. The
McFarland and Pecci brand has spent the better part of the past decade directing music videos for the likes of Meshuggah, Sick of It All, and Fear Factory, as well as commercials and short films. Recently the brand has been producing a vivid new series of mini-docs focused on iconic subculture heroes. Ian traveled to Las Vegas earlier this year to interview Hardy; the result is
The Outlaw, which provides footage of Hardy training and going about his daily routine and captures "very personal and introspective thoughts from Hardy."
