Anyone familiar with the Crap Hound books? I have one and I'm probably going to sell it on eBay I think.

Yeah I was actually gonna text her soon to set something up. Maybe she'll still do some blunt-in-mouth kitchen table sessions in the meantime??

Figured it'd be better to not drop a ton of photos in here. This is an album of mostly all I've gotten over the last 5-6 years or so.

Pretty sure the multiple staph infections I have now are related to the tattoo I got a few weeks ago that went up into my knee ditch. It got infected and like an idiot I let it go and then two more popped up on my arms. Anyone else had some scares? Had to cancel all my appointments this month. Lesson learned, but so bummed.

They're great for reference, I have a few that I don't really need if anyone is interested in them as well.

I didn't realize it until it was gone, but I had staph infection following a tattoo from Mark Cross. I had him touch-up the tattoo next time he was in town and explained that I might have been allergic to some ink. He responded by asking me if I could have been exposed to an unsanitary environment and I was working in a homeless shelter at the time. Truly lucky it was a minor case.

I've got an appointment with Auerbach tomorrow. What should I check out around the area? Food, drinks? I'm just flying in for the appointment and staying the night in the area and flying back home Sunday morning.

Booked in with Dani Queipo again but his next appointment wasn't until April :smt010

On the plus side I've got an appointment with Sam Ricketts in a couple of weeks which I'm super excited about. I gave him a few ideas of things I like and told him to come up with whatever, can't wait!

Is Sam Ricketts booked far in advance, too? I'm probably hitting him up on my next trip to the UK, so I want to see how long ahead to contact him.

I got one off him in February and I think the wait was only a month or two then, I can't remember being frustrated by it anyway. This time though he posted lasted week that he is guesting for one day in Leeds which is only an hour and a half from me, luckily I went on Instagram just as he'd posted it so I managed to get a spot. His shop is in Swindon which is a nightmare to get to from here so I had put this one on the back burner for the time being but I'm super excited

I only got tattooed twice so far:

James Travis
Robert Ryan

I'm trying to get something else before the year is out, my wife and I usually just pay for each other's tattoos for Christmas, so we'll see that works out before the years up. We'll probably go to Rob Ryan though, I'm trying to finish out my arm with him, I only have one piece he didn't do on this arm.

Light year for me:

Kady Wilie

Might try to book with Topper before the year’s out.

Edit: might also try to come out and get one from you, Chris. I know I’ve been saying that forever.

Jonathan Montalvo like 5 times
Joshua Davis
Nate Hudak
Becca Genne Bacon

Next year I'm planning to get some time with Antonio roque and Nate Hudak to do my hands and neck. Hillary Fisher White to add to the leg she worked on last year and hopefully my knee caps by the lightest handed tattooer in all of the land. And I usually book with Montalvo every time he's in NY.
