Psyched on the 2xLP.

Pretty sure Hydra Head uses that vinyl plant in Czech Republic...GZ? they must have a pretty solid relationship to get a three month turnaround on this in 2018. Very cool.

Looks like those Demos for UYHS are different than the ones that have been floating around for a while. They were remixed this year. So this should be a cool listen.

There's the Dave Scrod demos and then the Brodsky demos, I believe. The Scrod demos have been floating around for years. They're interesting, if only for the novelty of hearing him scream maniacally over "Ebola," etc. Dude could scream his brains out, but it was sort of repetitive and nonsensical compared to Steve's vocals.

Snagged a cassette and 2XLP.

Hoping when the time is right there'll be some sort of show put together, I think there's an opportunity there to seriously benefit the family. That last Have Heart show netted like $25k for a women's shelter on ticket sales alone.

speaking of dave scrod, they shit all over him in the decibel hall of fame feature a few years back, only to have him respond with a letter to decibel a month or two later. i remember him being really, really pissed off.

excited to hear these brodsky demos.

Show is now sold out. Looks like Aaron Turner, Aaron Harris and I would have to assume Adam McGrath will be doing a Zozobra set. Lot of chatter on the Cave In fan page about an ISIS reunion, but who knows. Santos is posting teaser shit on the OMG page, I'd say it's very likely there's going to be a second show added, maybe outside Boston? I dunno, it sounds like it's being hinted as outside Boston: https://www.instagram.com/p/BiHbnf0h_FO ... ngloomband

I doubt it is ISIS, I think it is Zozobra. Hydra head shared this:

my room mate is, but i didn't get a ticket. I may have to settle for Cruel Hand/Ramallah up in bangor instead. They're doing a benefit for Kathy from The Kave on the 14th.

Yeah, it looks like he plays the gazillion-string bass in a prog band, so I'm gonna go ahead and say he can more than handle the material.

Thanks to everyone who is attending the show.
All of us involved are working very hard to make it a special experience for all.
For those who missed out on tickets, we are working on ways to view a stream of the show, as well as have live donation capabilities. News when we have it.

Cave In and Old Man Gloom were two of my first favorite bands that were not Radio/Mtv discovered, such an influence on my tastes, its a shame the first time i might catch them live will be under such sad circumstances.
