Ayyy thats what I like to see. Also, I have heard about EWF and I wanna try it out. Just not sure about downloading it at work I might get a little too distracted haha. I like how JOW is all text based and right on the browser.

Service workers have to love coming to our offices. We have a guy here swapping out the DVR for our CCTV. He's on his way out but first playing a game of ping-pong with one of our fulfillment guys. "Honest work if you can get it" :smt102

Most, if not all, of our market offices, have one. It's pretty dope. Freeform ping pong is my favorite. We're expanding again, I currently have the task of hiring for Indianapolis, Tulsa, and Milwaukee. We'll be in Boston and Jersey soon. We're currently in NYC, LI, and Philly.

you must work for a startup or something because our company culture allows for a ton of perks like that (gym on campus, weekly massages in house, ping pong, beach tennis, on site cafe and beer fridays, etc.) yeah I'm bragging a bit but more companies should do this. the more employees actually enjoy being at work the more productive they'll be.

Yeah, I do.

Our HQ in the bay area has shit like that. The gym is next door. Catered lunches m,w,f. Thursdays are work from home day. There are also endless amounts of snacks, all the coffee, and seltzer a person could want. Cold brew on tap.

my car failed inspection because my tires are shitty. i feel like i will literally never catch a break. i can't afford a new set until i get paid again and i have 30 days to get it reinspected. i guess it's good that was the only thing that failed it but... ugh

a sturdy pair of used all seasons with adequate tread depth can be had from CL for around 200 bucks or less. If your dad can mount them, even better. if not that might be around 80-120 bucks at most shops to mount and balance. if you can buy those tires off CL on steel rims you'll save some money on the install.

Yeah, the used route is cheap and somewhat easy. But the way I look at year-round tires, if you're going to spend any money at all, you might as well buy new. Tire rack has a pretty decent set for $65 a tire, not a terrible deal.
https://www.tirerack.com/tires/tires.js ... mpare1=yes

I've definitely bought used tires/wheels but I also knew the sellers and their usage as well as them being strictly for summer/winter use.

i'll probably end up going to town fair tire since my dad doesn't have any equipment to do it himself. i'm looking through the prices and i'm probably going to end up dropping about $450 since i would definitely need winter tires and probably can't swing new ones come wintertime.

i was hoping to save some money and take a vacation this summer but that's falling apart pretty fast.

Don't do strict winter tires for all year use, pleaseee!! They're going to wear down faster on the warmer dryer roads. They also have less handling in warmer weather and actually a longer stopping distance than an all-seasons. Plus all seasons will be cheaper.

agreed. I actually totalled a car years ago cause I had snow tires on when it was like 70 degrees out (it snowed a few days before) and they didn't grab like they should have

You don't necessarily NEED winter tires if you have all-seasons. They're just better in the snow than all-seasons. Deeper tread depth and softer, more flexible, rubber (why they don't last/work well in warmer months). I love mine, though this season was probably their last season. So, I'll need to find new ones pretty soon. I hope this weather sticks so I can switch over to my summers from my "spring/fall" stock wheels/tires.

sitting at the office bored thinking about life, my mind recalls one memory of when I discovered the word c.unt

I was maybe 5-6 years old, just sitting in the front seat looking out the window. I was rhyming words with other words to entertain myself, "bunt, hunt, stunt..." and boom I dropped the C word. My mom yells "NICK!!!" and I am extremely confused. She told me never to say that word ever again. I asked my brother what it meant later that day and he told me never to say it either. It was such a confusing day, man.

I always get that Will Smith song stuck in my head whenever someone mentions Miami.

I'm back looking at shelter dogs online. Doing this every few weeks although I can't really take care of a dog with my current job situation and my boyfriend doesn't want a dog.
Why am I torturing myself like this?
