I enjoy going to the gym. im not always vigilant about it but it is a great way to isolate when I need some alone time but in a healthy manner

i go to the local YMCA (youngmen) and legitimately do the dorky classes with the older people sometimes like their yoga classes and swim classes on top of using their actual gym facility

Already did, and the mods are temporarily now requiring approval for all new posts to the group. It started happening yesterday from a handful of bot accounts, but I think they have a handle on it now.

I have a few friends who do/did DDP and they absolutely swear by it. He goes into a diamond cutter pose all the time.
