That was one of the many times that I laughed over a whacking on The Sopranos. I just couldn't help but laugh at Bobby taking a couple rounds, then all 400 pounds of him collapsing and derailing the model train set.

Phil's death in the next episode was pretty fuckin hilarious, too.

Sad thing about Bobby was, they were calling him to let him know that he was in danger of being taken out, after Agent Harris tipped Tony off that New York was gonna take out him and his next two in command. He left his phone in the car when he was in the store, and never heard the call.

This is a great way to refresh yourself on the series. What a show. Also, this video is only part fucking one of three.

I rewatched it recently and realized something didn't make sense to me...

Johnny Sac wants Carmine taken out because Carmine is hurting Johnny's construction business. Tony later tells Chris that all of Johnny's money is tied up in construction, but Carmine has revenue from other places, and that's why he doesn't care to take a hit in construction. Since Johnny is Carmine's number two, wouldn't the money from "other places" go through Johnny first before being kicked up to Carmine, meaning Johnny didn't just have money from construction? I ask because that would kinda ruin Johnny's motivation for wanting Carmine taken out.

There's definitely certain things in many shows and movies, that seem to defy logic or play dumb to the audience. Whether it's continuity or nonsensical things.

The Carmine/Johnny Sack thing was so weird, from what I remember. Weren't they trying to line up a hit on Johnny Sack, either before or after that, which was called off at the last minute? Then the Ralph whacking that was called off at literally the last second in Miami, over the Ginny Sack joke? Ralph got the in the elevator with the guy, who was staring him down, before Ralph asking "What the fuck is your problem?" As the elevator door closed on him. Ralph was killed by Tony a few episodes later.

Does anyone else remember the Stacker 2 (diet pill) commercial from the early 00's, with Paulie Walnuts? I could never find the longer version one on YouTube, when I've looked.

"Stunod! This family only uses Stacker 2! Capiche?"

I only found the one with Trish Stratus. Not sure if she was in the one I'm talking about.

You're not gonna believe this. I've owned Frank Vincent's book for nearly a decade now. I've read it numerous times. Today, out of all days around 2pm, I decided to re-read it. I read a chapter then decided to check my phone. Then and there I learned he passed. I was shocked and thought it was a sick joke. I still can't believe it.

Yea I started rewatching for like the 5th time yesterday. Couldnt pick a random episode to watch so I just decided to watch them all.

I love how in the first few episodes there's all those crooked camera shots. So 99 hbo. That and the theme song for Oz is how I'd describe proto prestige tv.

Hahaha! Yes!

This show is so great, the part with Livia and Junior and she tells him "he's seeing a psychiatrist" and Junior's mind being fucking blown like "THE ENTIRE FUCK?! A psychiatrist?".

Excited to start on season 2, also ready to see them bring in his sibilings and if/when Tony bangs the soul out of Dr. Melfi.

Best part of the Sopranos re-watch is seeing characters get introduced. So many background/one line guys would go on to become major figures.

Best show ever. Blows Breaking Bad out of the water.

Hear that ton'? I asked sil if he remembered his first blowjob then I asked if he remembered what his name was.

Honestly I love paulie more and more with each rewatch. He's such a joke. Nobody respects him ever. Used to hate him, then I felt bad for him, now it's just comedy to me.

Haha! That’s one of the best! Been a while since I saw that, but I remember either one of, or both Vito and Bobby having this look. Like “You guys are dicks! But whatever!” After Paulie said that. I think they even shook their heads in disgust, then quickly shrugged it off.
