Shitty loss because the offense and Smith returned to their earlier form. Still love Peters.

Eli is a captain today. I'm guessing that's what going to your ex's wedding feels like.

The jets are better than the giants, texans, was, bucs and just beat the chiefs. Football is stupid.

Nothing says "I want to see what we have in the backup QB" quite like a draw play on second and long for a loss and then a dump off to the RB on third.

Well it's hard for Eli to run that play from under the bus.

Tyrod is a fucking BUM. That hellaciously bad INT killed the Bills before the game even got going. Then proceeded to go 9-of-18 for 65 yards. In a must-win game. At home. Against a bad defense. Hope he never suits up for Buffalo again.

Bad defense that hasn't let up more than 20 points since week 4

The Saints with the best RB tandem in the league, with AD stinking before being traded, just like we all expected.

I hope Darnold stays in school to avoid Cleveland, has a pathetic season in 2018, then gets drafted by Cleveland in the 3rd round of 2019.

Honestly like

Why fire McAdoo NOW?

After you let him humiliate the face of your franchise and bench him for Geno Smith and break his starting streak, you decide to cut bait NOW? Why the fuck not do it BEFORE he did all that damage? And why bother doing it AFTER?

Probably because the other option is further letting him infect the team and its players with idiocy and general malaise? Obviously he should have been fired for even suggesting Eli gets benched, but I don't understand how umbrage is being taken with him fired after the fact.

McAdoo sucks and should have been fired weeks ago. Same goes with Reese. Reese picking up some exciting skill players hid the fact that he never addressed the needs of the team.

Now, why do you let him bench Eli? Because you were always moving away from Eli this spring. So now McAdoo and Reese, who you were firing, are the bad guys. Not the new coach/gm and ownership.

In two seasons under Ben McAdoo, only the Browns and Bears scored fewer points than the Giants.

I don't like the Steelers either but like you said it's a lesser of two evils situation. I also don't see a current NFC playoff team beating the Patriots so I feel like if they get there it's over. Might be worth it if Brady decides to go out on top though.
