I still can't believe that Saban pulled the trigger on a QB change at half in the NC game.

Are you buying into the theory that Saban held Tua back as a plan B for the NC? The fact they had an offence designed and ready to go at any time for him is nuts. Can't wait to see what Tua does next season.

It would make some sense. And it's the kind of move you can pull when you're a coach who would have gotten killed if it didn't work. It's the perfect use of time between the finale and the first playoff game.

I don't think it was a deliberate thing to hold him back and unleash him in the NC. It's been known among our fanbase all year that Tua is vastly better throwing the football than Hurts. It was just a question of how bad does it have to get before you pull a guy who is 25-2 (with some seriously clutch moments under his belt already) to put in the phenom true freshman. I even joked to my dad at halftime "I wonder if Tua will get some snaps now" but we both laughed it off as being crazy and way too late for that.

I knew we needed to do something to spark some offense but I was shocked when I saw Tua heading to the huddle. My first thought was that he wouldn't be ready for the big stage and he'd probably throw two or three picks and we'd end up losing by 17+. Once he got into a groove a little I kinda felt like "Okay, this will open up the run at least" but I didn't expect him to go out and win it with his arm.

Going forward I guess there will be an open competition in the spring but I don't see how Hurts wins the job back now. The arm talent and ability to see the field is like night and day between them.

Counteroffer: An Undercover Bosses style hidden cam show where they put various coaches into regular jobs and they have to pretend not to be psychopaths for 2 weeks.

These testimonies are intense too. The judge is allowing the case to go on as long as more women keep coming forward.

Fact: larry nassar is the most prolific child molester in American history. Earl Bradley, a pediatrician from Delaware, was implicated for 103 child assaults (102 girls, 1 boy). He is currently serving out life + 165 years in Connecticut. The number for Nassar now exceeds 180.

This MSU situation legitimately makes Baylor and PSU combined look like unpaid parking tickets. The hellacious lack of action and accountability at every level is so far past criminal its making my head spin. I hope that whole college burns to the ground.

Holy shit outside the lines dropping the hammer

"Since Dantonio's tenure began in 2007, at least 16 MSU football players have been accused of sexual assault or violence against women, according to interviews and public records obtained by Outside the Lines. Even more, Dantonio was said to be involved in handling the discipline in at least one of the cases several years ago. As recently as June, Dantonio faced a crowd of reporters who were asking questions about four of his football players who had been accused of sexual assault. Six questions in, a reporter asked Dantonio how he had handled such allegations previously.

"This is new ground for us," Dantonio answered. "We've been here 11 years -- it has not happened previously.""

It's worth noting that scorching this much earth and all the way up into the actual oversight of these organizations that are so cellular, is a step in correcting what makes the vulnerable so vulnerable.

It's not a coincidence that reporters are making a point to dig the larger issue into the basketball and football programs, and good on them for doing it. Letting this pass as a "medical impropriety" or somehow less than a total structural failure, would be worse. The good news is that the MSU body has embraced that there was wronging, as opposed to PSU claiming it was falsehood.

I mean you're not wrong but position coaches do most of the recruiting. I'm sure one or two of those kids would have not attended tOSU if they knew Coombs or Schiano would be gone before they even start classes.

I did something similar for 10 years with Miami Dolphins tickets as I live in NJ. Depending on the schedule, best bet to get close to your money back if not all your money back is selling the big rival games and going to games against shitty opponents.

Notre Dame has to vacate all wins from undefeated 2012 season.

Combine that with the Teo/Fake girlfriend story and getting blown off field by Bama, glad that season now has no good attributes left.
