I love this band. I missed them at NDY because I went to that stupid grind show which I will regret forever because hardcore rules.

Hardcore rules as does Grindcore. Both have equal potential for being hokey though.

Grind show was

Magrudergrind
Iron Lung
Gas Chamber
Vaccine
Column of Heaven
Vile Intent
Purity Control
Snakecharmer

Nuclear Spring Show was

Career Suicide
School Jerks
Neon Piss
Raw Meat
Nuclear Spring

Attending the Grind show also meant that this show was missed

Omegas
Waste Management
Vile Gash
Negative Degree
Divine Right
Direct Approach
Wastoids

He's a dummy- that afterparty with Nuclear Spring & more coulda been the best show of the weekend.

you're an Cornell graduate for missing that show

I thought I would have an opportunity to go to the after show, and I had already seen all the bands at the other show like 5 times each. And even so, the only bands on the HC show I was into re WM and Bromegas. Still. Grind is fucking boring, Iron Lung had a nice stand up routine but otherwise were uninteresting.. I was over that sound at 18. Not tryna be a douche.

Still kicking myself. Oh well, just 6 more months, hopefully they play here again soon.

And to be fair, Nuclear Spring were the only band I wanted to see at the after show. I just wish I had been made aware that the other show would end a lot earlier than the Iron Lung show.

that grind show billing looks awesome. You clearly made the right choice, the only thing I don't understand is your attitude. How does a person see Magrudergrind, Iron Lung and Column of Heaven at one show and get bored?? Were they shooting laughing gas through the vents or something?
