Filing a complaint at BBB (Shitty buisness content)

No this thread is not about Triple-B Records.
I've never went the lengths to actually file a complaint via better business bureau on any place because i feel it's a waste of time, but after being ripped off $100 through a shady online buy i'm considering it.
Who's actually made a complaint? what happened and was it resolved?

Why would you even file with the BBB? It's a money making scheme. If they are paid up, your "complaint" won't matter.

I came to say this. The BBB is about as worthwhile as a Folex watch or a Panasoonic stereo.

this is unrelated but who was the label or distro that someones angry mom made a bbb complaint about? i can't for the life of me remember.
