I think my left "medial" "frontwise" delt is slightly more "shapely" than the right one. Tips for bringing up this lagging body part?

superset front raises with drop sets upright rows and barbell curls for good measure.

I can't seem to lose any weight. I've been eating half a cup of raw spinach, 2 almonds, and a handful of baby carrots with fat free Italian dressing before going to the gym and running on the Elliptical for 27 minutes this entire week.

198 open. Should specify state record. Between my squat and bench openers, ill only need to pull 386 to beat the record for best total.

id just been getting into a good groove of squats and deadlifts three times a week for about a month recently and then last night at bjj practice my good knee (that never had an acl reconstruction) tweaked in a bad way. despite the obvious benefits of one to the other, doing heavy weights and other sports conflict pretty heavily with each other when it comes to injuries/recovery. :\
am i still ill?

took me a full day to realize the thread was missing and to find it. i thought there was an issue with my recent posts lol. im going into this meet without a proper training cycle/diet. hopefully i come out with decent numbers. been boxing for the past few weeks and only going to hike up the cardio more and more as i get farther into hiring processes. my gear fits like shit.

I'll be honest with you man, it's probably going to come to a point where you're going to have to pick one or the other. That's sort of what happened with my lifting/climbing.

Nice, dost thou have any idea how easy it is to apply for any job similar to that in a different state then your own? I'm working towards a Bachelors in criminal justice and would like to look towards moving to a different state if it'd be possible to get hired there.

i got my degree in law and justice as well. i cant apply to nj right now...the hiring situation here sucks with law enforcement both state and local. all trooper jobs im going for are out of state. way to go. i interned with njsp and it was alright. their hiring process is obnoxious tho and they treat you like a number. also 5000 apply every hiring process since they dont do polygraph. what state are you in?
