basically all the cunts are converging on winterfell, along with all the special v. steel blades

Meera should have found Dark Sister in the cave with Bloodraven.

What other blades are converging on WF?
Longclaw is there with Jon
Sam has Heartsbane
Arya has dagger
Brienne has Oathkeeper
Lyn Corbray in Winterfell has Lady Forlorn
Red Rain is with House Drumm of the Iron Islands
Nightfall is with Theon and Yara's uncle

Blackfyre may pop up next season with The Gold Company
House Celtigar has an axe
A windblown who may pop up next season has an arrakh

There's 6 more episodes. I don't think they'll get into all the Blackfyre stuff at all.

The Hightowers have Vigilance and the Roxtons have Orphan Maker, but I don't think either have ever been mentioned, and I doubt they'll be introduced. Any Valyrian steel introduced in the show is either in Winterfell or on its way there.

I think the Roxtons lost orphan maker in the dance when Jon died.
They call the assassin a cats paw, not the dagger.
I'd rather see Cersei battling with Widow''s Wail than Jaime taking it

This may be a dumb question, but is Ned's greatsword still in the mix?
I was told the greatsword he uses is also a v. steel sword called Ice.
If that's true, who would have it right now?

Ice was reforged by the Lannisters as two different, smaller blades (Oathkeeper and Widow's Wail)

Or Cersei. We haven't seen Widow's Wail since it was given to Tommen.
They should give it to the mountain.

Thanks for the clarification bro!
Damn, I swear you guys got me going down a rabbit hole researching all these blades now haha
I really need to start the books; I'm already someone who spends a lot of time researching/reading up on lore, so I might as well start reading the books haha

anyone who enjoys the depth of the lore should read the books. but I was trying to get people to read them for years before the show became a thing, so im not unbiased.

A book of all three Dunk and Egg novellas came out a couple years ago called "A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms"

Rewatching through the series. Can someone explain the time jump between the season 2 finale and season 3 premiere? Season 2 ends with Sam cowering behind that rock after being left behind whilst running from the white walkers but then we see him at the beginning of season 3 and Lord Commander Mormont asks him if he sent the ravens blah blah blah. When was he told to send ravens anywhere? What exactly happened at the fist of the first men?

I don't have that answer off the top of my head but rewatching old seasons the filming seems so tv-y. It seems dated and kinda corny already.
