That exact moment when you can't tell the intersection of politics, culture, the internet and what fucked up sign would show up if that happened in your own country...

Robinho has been sentenced to nine years in prison for sexual assault. The problem is the sentence was handed out in Italy where the crime was commited and he is currently living in Brazil. No plans to try and extradite him at the moment.

That shit was crazy. I have no idea how we let in those 4. With all the uncertainties going into the season and coming out of the summer window, I would have thought defense would have been our lone bright spot.

The real question is, how the fuck are Cardiff so good. That’s only meant to be a small slight cause I haven’t seen 90 minutes of a Cardiff match so far

Because they finally have a good manager. Cardiff's had talented squads the last few years, but they were always held back by incompetence from the likes of Slade and Solskjaer.

Now Warnock seems to have the whole squad buying in and is giving players proper roles. I know it sounds really simple, but that's all they needed. It's not like Malky was some tactical genius either when they last got promotion, he was just able to keep the squad focused and not push out the talented players.

Mustafi is on such a weird run at Arsenal. He was amazing until his injury last year. Then shitty for like 8 months but very good since deadline day. He's sneaky been their best defender, even if everyone will lean on Koscielny.

Ramsey, once he got used to his position in the 3-4-2-1 and stopped playing up near the striker, has quietly had a very good season. Really good job both making passes from the deeper position and in the final third.

Congrats to Benevento for losing all 14 games played this season. Scoring only 6 goals in those 14 games and allowing 34.

I see people talking about shadiness with Russia getting an "easy" draw. They're the third best team in their group.

Is Jesse Lingard a good player? He runs around a lot and looks busy, can score big goals but something just doesn’t click with him.

Well he's English. He's either hit his ceiling or he's very close to it.

I love people saying united lost the title because of Pogba's red

1) They weren't winning it anyway.
2) He shows up like every other game, and was good today, so chances are he was going to be a non-factor against city anyway.

Shows up every other day? The man is the primary attack creator for United and they clearly struggle without him. Pogba is a fucking gem.

Lingard always seemed like a solid player with a lot of hype behind him to me. He reminds me of Walcott.

Yo that French team is so laughably deep. I have them as strong favorites to take the World Cup barring some kind of catastrophe

The amount of highly competitive teams you can make from their roster alone.

As much depth as they have the most crazy thing might be that they might have four keepers who would start for multiple world cup teams. Then there's all the usual suspects, but you add in guys like Thauvin and Fekir who are having great seasons.

I counted 8 capable to world class forwards alone

Then they have 3 of the 5 best midfielders in the world (Kante, Pogba, and Rabiot)

Then they have one of the best CBs in the world (Umtiti)

Some kind of catastrophe seems more likely than not. Lot of stacked France teams have humiliated themselves.

Cool experience today. Went to the south of Paris to watch my team Red Star playing fellow Paris-suburbs team Creteil. The Creteil fans were locked out by their board for showing a banner critical of the board at the last game. Instead the Cretil fans watched from the hill overlooking the stadium and let off flares. Both sets of fans met up after the game and it was a really nice feeling of solidarity. Also Red Star won 3-2 and it was exciting as fuck.
