I joined a gym, stopped eating candy, drinking soda, etc. I try to run as much as possible, keep my motivation up constantly and always set goals for myself.

While I think things like weight watchers is good to start, I honestly believe you only need to do it for a month at max. You should be able to see what they're telling you to do and keep it going on your own. It'll save you money and help you be able to wane off of their products/know what to do with your own store-bought food.
