This is the first episode I've watched in a while. Still not that great. People are quick to judge WWE, I'm not going to criticize every little WCW booking thing on this, but I honestly don't see a difference in quality. WWE caters to kids, TNA tries to be more ballsy, WWE doesn't have enough stories cohesive storylines, TNA has far too many. WWE has midgets tag with Christian, TNA has midgets make out with one of their top divas. I don't see how people can act like TNA is that much better (I know a lot of people don't like it, but still, those people exist).

So Best Buy is having a sale on some of their WWE 3-disc DVD box sets. I got Shawn Michaels' 'My Journey' for 12.99 today. I also purchased Undertaker's 'He Buries Them Alive' and 'Cause Stone Cold Says So' for 4 dollars each at FYE.

I went to Best Buy and saw the sale, but none of the stuff advertised as being on sale really appealed to me. Bummed. Almost got the hell in the cell one but didn't.

Not much of a deal, I've seen The Taker & Austin dvd's at FYE for a dollar each before.

I've been back and forth with how the E has been booking Dragon. I'm not sure how making him winless was supposed to get him over, but...

the stuff theyve been doing with him the past two weeks has been great. Although, when he got eliminated, he did the whole "Im Bryan Danielson, not Daniel Bryan" promo...and then the next week he's Daniel Bryan again. Who wrote that one, WCW?

Still the only thing in the E not called "a CM Punk promo" thats worth watching.

I'm ok with that. No love for DAVE whatsoever.

Also, Gargano didnt sign with the E. Big swerve. He made his "I signed a contract" announcement in his latest Power Hour....he signed...with DGUSA, haha. Best dude. And I beat him at Guess Who.

Those tickets sold out on the first day they went on sale, but Davis Arena is a fairly small venue and their really isn't a bad seat in the house.

I want to see the people who payed for those 200 dollar seats.

How is Nxt? I got burnt out on wrestling a few years ago after following the ROH vs CZW feud so heavily and just never got as invested as I was again. I'm interested to know how Danielson is fairing though.

So did they put Punk in a mask so Christopher Daniels can carry his character for a couple months? ZING!

When is Mercury going to be revealed? Are they waiting to start a program with Morrison once his ankle is OK?

re: TNA this week. Hardy vs Nigel was actually pretty great for a TV match. They let them go a LITTLE longer than the average TNA TV match length. AJ vs Anderson was pretty decent too. Curious to see where the Anderson turning face thing is going; waiting for him to swerve and turn on Hardy any minute now. Regardless, I've been laughing out loud at his mic work lately. Unreal.

I think the house show theyre running at the Arena in September will be great. They have the talent, imagine letting them go without the constraints of TV time? Also, can you imagine RVD in that building for the first time since ECW? Place will go apeshit.

I'm just hoping for a 20+ minute MMG vs Bucks match. I also want to be within biting range of Velvet Sky's ass. And to mark out severely for Nigel.

Did Punk botch that GTS on Kane on SD? Hard to see when the camera changed angles but it looked like he kneed him in the gut.

According to the spoilers, he attempted the GTS three times and apparently that was the best of the 3.

Me neither. I just remember him nailing Snitsky, who's about the same size as Kane and breaking his nose.

I couldn't really say... we used to go to pretty much all of the PA/Jersey events from around 03-07. After we stopped, we started getting them in the mail, but unfortunately, two or three days before the tapings. I always figured it was their way of saying "thanks for supporting us for so long... we really need to fill these seats for TV" heh.
